Christmas Break Plans

One of the many positives of college is having a month off in between semesters. I am looking forward to this break because I have a lot going on and no homework or classes to think about! Next Wednesday needs to hurry up!

Christmas Break Plans

1. Redo my room. I am getting new bedding and curtains for Christmas which I am so excited about because my room is currently still lime green and turquoise from my pre-teen days (and I'm 20 years old now). I am moving back home for graduate school, and I want to come back to a grown up room. I don't know if I will paint the walls over break or not. I might as well because I have nothing better to do! I want to do grey walls, with white bedding and plum accents!

2. Get pictures done. The last pictures my mom had done of my brother and I were taken when I was in the fourth grade... over ten years ago. So I want to get them done as part of my mom's Christmas gift.

3. Get my hair cut. It's been way too long since I have had a haircut because I'm really picky about who I let cut my hair so I usually wait until I go home to get it cut because I trust the girl I have been going to for the past several years. I love the length my hair is right now so I mainly just want to get the split ends taken care of.

4. Have lots of family time. I am a family-oriented person and I love having a whole month off because it lets me travel to see lots of family members that I only see one or two times a year.

5. Graduate School interview. I am really excited and nervous for this. Hopefully I will find out if I got in when I interview :)

6. Get back to the gym. This one I've been trying to do for the last few weeks and I am hoping to keep it up and get back into a routine. Going to the gym makes me feel great, but getting the motivation to go is the hard part.

7. Create a meal plan. I might try out the 21 Day Fix. Stay tuned :)

8. See old friends. I've been trying to keep up with my old friends and sometimes it is really hard. I'm hoping we can all get together and do dinner or something over break at least once.

9. Do something fun for New Years. I have never had an exciting NYE before so hopefully that will change this year!
