About Me

Hey y'all! I'm Kate, and welcome to my blog, Beauty and The Bargain! 

I am a 24 year old middle school science teacher trying to navigate life as a young adult. I recently bought a house and am looking forward to showing y'all my projects as they are completed. 

I was born and raised in southern Virginia, a place which I will most likely call home for the rest of my life. Nothing compares to its beauty in each of the four seasons. 

I have a passion for putting together cute outfits, trying out new products, perfecting my iced coffee technique, and trying out new recipes and hair/makeup tutorials. I love to coupon and bargain shop. I ultimately wanted to create this blog to share my experiences with others who can relate to them.
