Back To Business!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas with their friends and families! My parents host Christmas Eve dinner then we relax and take it easy on Christmas day by eating leftovers and appetizers all day. My parents still get a live Christmas tree and I think this one is the best they have ever gotten. If you follow me on Instagram (@kthornnnn) then you have already seen this but just look how perfect and cozy our living room looks!

Today I am starting on my next big project, picking the perfect shade of gray for my bedroom. Who knew there were SO many different shades of gray?! I was a little overwhelmed looking at samples in Lowe's this morning. 

I'm leaning towards a medium gray right now because the purple accents I have are on the darker side, and I do not want a completely dark color scheme!

So here I am now, staring at the fifteen swatches of gray on my walls and trying to narrow them down. Wish me luck!
