As I've said in previous posts, my roommates and I cook a meal and have a TV date to watch Revenge on Sundays. Tonight we are having another CrockPot meal that I have been dying to try because it looks so good and easy, plus it did not cost much to buy the ingredients. I found this recipe here on I Save A to Z. It takes no time at all to put together and smells amazing already! I will try to remember to add in tomorrow's post a review on how it tastes!
CrockPot Chicken and Stuffing
Ingredients
-4 uncooked chicken breasts (NOT frozen)
-2 cans of cream of chicken soup
-2 boxes of stuffing mix
-1 cup of sour cream
-1 package of frozen green beans
-1 cup of water
Directions
-Spray CrockPot with non-stick cooking spray
-Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the CrockPot
-Put the stuffing mix over the chicken breasts
-Mix the sour cream and soup in a separate bowl, then pour the mixture over the stuffing mix
-Add the frozen green beans on top of the mixture
-Finish by adding a cup of water
-Cook on low for 7-8 hours
Enjoy!
I will be spending the rest of the afternoon getting a head start on my homework for the week and watching football, and probably not leaving my bed because it is only 41 degrees outside. Go Cowboys!
xo, K
