Weekend Randomness

These last two days have been pretty busy and nothing short of fun! Friday night, my roommates and I went to our new movie theater- which also includes a bowling alley, bar & grill, and an arcade- to see The Longest Ride, which was probably my absolute favorite Nicholas Sparks book. But, the movie did not do the book justice. Don't get me wrong, it was a great movie, but changed a lot around from the book. Not to mention, getting to see Scott Eastwood on the big screen was pretty amazing ;)

On Saturday I got together with one of my best friends and we did some "senior" pictures around campus. Nothing fancy- just one of my roommates and my digital camera. It was so fun because our dresses coordinated to be our school colors. Here is my favorite picture from yesterday-

I also have two product reviews to share with y'all! I have been searching for the perfect shade of maroon lipstick for the longest time. Nothing had been dark enough to achieve the look I was trying to get. Thanks to this post from Belles n Bows, I finally found it, and it's hella cheap. Score. I went to my local CVS to pick up Wet n Wild Cherry bomb (available on Amazon here) only to discover that it was only $1.99. Seriously y'all, this lipstick is the best. It lasted pretty much 12 hours (and 2 meals) and still looked flawless by the end of the day. I will be buying this brand in a million more colors. 

A couple of weeks ago in this post, I shared with y'all my new love for Starbucks coffee from the grocery store which just needed to be poured over ice. After a few tries, I realized that after adding creamer, it was simply too sweet. So this week I bought the unsweetened kind, and I am hoping it will not taste as overly sweet like the other did! We will see! 

Today, I have a shit ton of homework to get done. BUT there are only 18 days left in the semester and around 30 until I graduate! The end is near!
