Better Late Than Never... My Current PM Skincare Routine

I've had this blog since October, and have managed to post two posts about my morning face routine (here and here), but I have always struggled to perfect a nighttime routine for my face. Honestly, most of the time I would much prefer to just take a makeup wipe to my face and pass out, but that is definitely not the best option for my breakout-prone skin.

I've been reading about how the chemicals in makeup wipes are really bad for your skin, so I have been trying my best not to use them, unless it's an emergency (aka it's 3am and I'm shitfaced and refuse to go to bed with makeup on). I have been using coconut oil to take off my eye makeup. I just put some on a cotton round and wipe off my eye makeup.

I recently discovered these foaming pads from Aveeno because my mom had bought them for my brother, and he hadn't used them, so while I was home last week, I decided to give them a try and I really feel like they get all of the dirt and makeup off my face after a long day.

Finding a night moisturizer has always been a struggle for me because I'm cheap and refuse to spend money on an any moisturizer over $15. I discovered this one the other day at CVS, and I am still feeling it out, but so far, so good! It doesn't make my skin oily, and leaves it feeling soft and smooth.

That's about all there is to my nighttime routine right now! Well, besides brushing my teeth and all that stuff.

Have a great rest of your Monday!

    1. Thank you so much for stopping by :) I love some Neutrogena products, and I think a lot of them work better than some of the more expensive brands!
