Go Bananas... Or Make Muffins... Whatever Works!

I have a love/hate relationship with bananas. I love to eat them, but I hate how quickly they go bad. Something about my apartment makes them turn brown within less than a week- doesn't matter how green I buy them. Today I decided I was going to make muffins with my rotten bananas, and found a recipe that calls for NO flour, and NO added sugar (unless you add, chocolate chips of course ;) ).

A couple things I will add- if you do not have a food processor- throw the oats in a blender by themselves first, and blend until you can't see any more big oats, then add them in a mixing bowl with the other ingredients and use a mixer to mix it all together. I also used vanilla Greek yogurt instead of the plain, just because that is what I had in my house.

I added dark chocolate chips for a little sweetness, but I imagine they taste really good without them, as well.




Unless you are told, you'd probably never guess there isn't any flour or sugar in these. They are sure to be a hit!
