One Week Down

I am so glad Saturday is finally here. The first week back at school is over, thank goodness. I am already stressing over the amount of work I have to do this semester, but I am trying to relax and not think about it today! I went to the gym and had a Starbucks date with a friends this morning in order to get my mind off of everything, and it made me feel a lot better.

I'm almost done with week 1 of the 21 Day Fix. I have been eating pretty much the same meals every day which is getting boring, but I am switching it up this week in hopes that it will keep me going! I really like the workouts that go with it. My legs have never been as sore as they have been this week. I am excited to see my results in two weeks!

This verse has really helped me to keep pushing myself this week.


Looking forward to a girls night in with some friends tonight!
