This morning I got up early and did the Upper Fix for upper body and man my arms feel like jello! Below is a sample of what my meal plan for the day (and probably all week) will consist of.
Breakfast:

Almond Butter
Lunch:
Tortilla
Turkey
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Mustard
Snack 2:
Banana
Greek Yogurt
Dinner:
Chicken
Brown Rice
Lettuce
Cheese
