21 Day Fix: Day 1

Happy Monday! I am excited to announce that I have started Beach Body's 21 Day Fix program in attempts to start better eating and exercise habits as well as gain knowledge on controlling portion sizes. I am not planning to update y'all every day because I know that gets boring. So I will update you on my progress and thoughts at the end of each week. This is the first Beach Body product I have tried so I am curious to see what all the buzz is about!


This morning I got up early and did the Upper Fix for upper body and man my arms feel like jello! Below is a sample of what my meal plan for the day (and probably all week) will consist of. 

Breakfast:
Greek Yogurt 

Snack 1:
Apple
Almond Butter

Lunch:
Tortilla
Turkey
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Mustard

Snack 2:
Banana
Greek Yogurt

Dinner:
Chicken
Brown Rice
Lettuce
Cheese
