Pinterest Find- DIY Face Mask Review

Happy Sunday friends!

I want to share with y'all today my opinions on a super cheap face mask that you can do for under two dollars that I found on Pinterest. Making this mask and putting it on are super easy, but the peel off part is the actual worst. Overall, even though my face really hurts right now, I am pleased with the results of the face mask.

You can find the directions and ingredients for this mask here. But, basically all you need is unflavored gelatin and milk. The gelatin is less than two dollars and it comes with four pouches. So you are paying around 50 cents for a hardworking face mask, which you cannot beat.

Since it is Selfie Sunday, here is me waiting for my face mask to dry.

I read that this face mask hurt when you peel it off, but I kind of laughed it off. Seriously how bad could it hurt to peel jello off of my face. Well, turns out it hurts pretty bad. It probably took me about twenty minutes to get all of the mask off because I had to stop and let my face rest.

Overall, I would definitely do this mask again. I can notice a difference  in the sizes of my pores and now my face feels super soft, but I would probably not let the gelatin get as hard as I let it get this time. The spots that were not as dry were a whole lot easier to peel off, and much less painful.

 xo,
