Are any of you Ipsy subscribers?
I found out about Ipsy a few months ago on Pinterest. It's very similar to Birchbox, but it is only ten dollars a month, and most of the time you get some really nice stuff, whether it be expensive brands or drug store brands. Plus you always get a cute bag! I finally got off the waiting list at the end of August, so this is my second Ipsy bag.
I love the teal bag this month! This picture off of my phone does not do the color justice because it is gorgeous. My favorite item this month was the gorgeous Nicole by OPI nail polish! The color is called "On a Gilt Trip" and it is the prettiest sparkly gold color. I cannot wait to include it in my holiday nail polish line up this year! I also really liked the epice purifying exfoliant. It left my skin feeling fresh and super soft. You are only supposed to use it once or twice a week, and it is only a 1oz tube, so I will probably save it for when my skin needs it the most.
The other three products I got were Model Co. VolumEyes mascara, Ayres Body Butter and noyah lipstick in "Deeply in Mauve." The body butter has a weird smell and came in a tiny little container, so I have only used it on my hands so far. It has kept them soft and moisturized in the cool weather that we have had. I am always excited to try new mascaras, especially volumizing ones, but I was not too impressed with this one. I prefer my Maybeline Falsies over this one any day. Lastly, I got a mini lipstick in a deep mauve color. I have not had a chance to wear this color yet, but it looks gorgeous and I can't wait to find something to wear it with!
Overall, I got another great Ipsy bag, and I can't wait to see what I get next month.
