Spa Night At Home

Happy September!!

Do you ever just need a night of relaxation after a long day? That was me last night. I worked all day then went to a four hour class, and eventually got home a little after 9. I was beat and stressed out. The only way to fix it was a mini spa night using some new products that I just got in the mail yesterday.

Of course, my picture won't rotate correctly.

The first thing I do for a spa night is a conditioning treatment on my hair, so that it can sit while I do everything else. As I've talked about several different times, I still completely love the Organix Moroccan Oil treatment. It leaves my hair feeling refreshed, and makes it super soft.

My next step is to take a nice long shower or bath. Instead of a normal body wash, I use a sugar scrub to exfoliate my skin. I just got this one in from Bath and Body Works, and it smells AMAZING. I wasn't exactly sure what Love and Sunshine would smell like, but I really like it.

After that, while still in the shower, I do the first part of the Mary Kay Microdermabrasion Set. I absolutely love this set because it makes me feel like I have a brand new clean slate on my face. I use it once a week, and I have really been able to tell a difference in my skin. You can purchase the set here :) I do the second step of the set once I have gotten out of the shower.

To moisturize my body when I get out of the shower, I used a new body cream from Bath and Body Works. I got the Peach Bellini fragrance, and it smells amazing. You can purchase it here

Lastly, because every other part of my skin has been exfoliated, I use the Mary Kay Satin Lips Set to get soft, kissable lips!

This routine, along with some relaxing music, wine, and a good book, can turn any bad day into something much better.

Have a great rest of the day!
