TWENTY-FUN!

I celebrated my twenty-first this past Monday! Well, actually I started on Saturday for the 4th and it has just been a week long party! I found out you could legally buy alcohol at the liquor store the day before you birthday, so I had to hit that up on Sunday and get a picture with the sign ;)

I had to be a basic girl, and get the fireball. Haha there was just too much to choose from! For my actual birthday, my parents met me downtown in between my classes for my first legal drink at one of our favorite burger places! What better way to kick off your birthday than a burger and beer?! I went pretty boring for my beer choice and stuck with something I knew. 

It looks so plain, but I promise that is the best burger I have ever had. For my birthday dinner, a lot of my friends were busy, so I ended up just going out with my best friend. We went to our favorite Mexican restaurant and got margs and food! 

My friends from my program at school decided that I needed to go all out for my birthday, so they took me out on Thursday night. We really don't have any bars in my town, so we went to half price margarita night at another Mexican restaurant. They went all out for my birthday- they made me wear the sombrero and do a shot and everything. It was a lot of fun, and it helped bring me closer to my classmates. 

Well that's a wrap of how I celebrated my twenty-first! I have two more weeks of intense classes, then I will be back on here regularly!
